So I was away from the game for a while. I tried to go completely natural, but it's hard to undo what you've learnt.

Anyway last night was the first time going out (sarging I guess?) in almost a year. The past year I focused on work and while it paid off, last night was the first time in a while where I felt like the old me!

Highlights:

- Returning to the Venue of Past FailureThe bar we went to was a famous one. The last time I hung out (over a year ago) to let loose was this place. Walking in this time felt so comfortable and I felt so confident. Was literally having fun and not thinking inside my head. THAT feeling alone was so worth going out.

- Free ShotsWe enjoy a few drinks. I was in a really happy mood and was talking to everyone. I commented on the bartender dude's hair. 10 mins later... he came back with free shots! #awesome

- Great Vibe! We go upstairs and the crowd is so nice. No AMOGs. Girls are cute. Good ratio. No drama. Just to see people my own age got me pumped up. (When not partying downtown, my town is small and its all elderly people.) Smile could not be wiped from my face.

- Dance Game?Had the best time dancing and being in the moment. Im a pretty good dancer and girls started to form a circle around me, cheering me on. I break out the gangnam style. At one point, I put one of the girls on my shoulders and start dancing with her on top of me.

- BootyShorts girl It was a big DHV since the hottest girl (HB9 BootyShorts) was looking at me nonstop. All my friends were like holy shit look at her..... go for it! It was my first night out, and well I should have talked to her. I was just really happy I had finally broken out of work mode for a year.

- Dat Angst At some point one of our friends gets jealous of another friend..... then punches the friend he's most connected to?? WTF never bringing that guy over again. Killed the mood.



- Best Convo of My Night
Talked to some girl and finally got to be my old cocky + funny self. I said to her:
Me: Omg when is your friend and my friend getting married? They're like a couple already *does ring gesture with my hand*
Her: What?! Hahaha
Me: Oh yeah, your other friend should be a club promoter, she knows how to dance and talk to people!*Her friend is the one who hopped on my back. She whispers to her friend what I said and they both start cracking up.*
She starts talking about my dancing. I cant remember everything we said.
Me: See you seem really nice, but theres one thing I dont like about you okay? It's the fact that your hair is better than mine, thats not right.
Her face brightens up like Christmas tree lights, best smile I've ever gotten. And I wasnt nervous at all. Great feeling.
Me: Oh, but I fuckin love this place! Like the music and vibe. Where I'm from everyone is so old!
Her: Haha where are you from?
I tell her Im from the next state over.
Her: Oh wow! Do you like it here?
Me: Yeah yeah! Wheres the coolest place in the city to party?
Her: Well Im more into museums actually (I love that.)
Me: Oh, you're such a dork. ................ Nope just kidding, I love museums that's different!
*All this time the hottest girl in the venue kept turning around, looking at me. Dammit I shoulda talked to her*

The girl I was talking to was having a great time then her friend really had to pee.

Her: Hey we'll be right back! Watch that no one steals our stuff.
Me: I'm going to steal your jacket because it looks way better on me.
She laughs.
Her: No no! Watch our stuff hahah.*


- Miming Cocky Funny From here I work my biggest strength which is body language. (I wish talking was my strong suit.) I mimic grabbing her bag and unzipping it (I didnt really unzip it, just did the gesture.) Then I pretended I was shifting through a wad of $ bills from her bag like I was stealing/sifting through her money. I then pretend to stick the bills into the crotch of my pants like a stripper. That girl cracked up like crazy. Random chicks that werent in the conversation were watching at this point too. It wasnt a lay, but man it felt awesome to be my old self!

- My Angry FriendThe girls left to go to the bathroom. Thats when the new guy we were hanging out with threw some temper tantrum at another friend. It just killed the mood. I went over to make sure he was okay, leaving the spot. I lost track of where the girls went. The rest of the night was pretty much trying to calm him down and it just killed the vibe!

- Killed MoodAfter that my mood was low and I was dancing much different. Wasnt talking to any girls and just felt temporarily loserish. We decide to switch venues bc the new guy needed to calm down. Went to a spanish place. Most of the time it was trying to keep that friend out of awkward situations. He kept bumping into people and complaining about his problems.

- Two Set of AwkwardnessThere was a two set that we talked to. I had to improvise and remember a lot of Spanish. I did really well. Made them laugh, smile. I'd say their interest was at a 7 out of 10. I was trying to talk to them for my friend. Then at some point both girls are talknig to me, and he's just sitting there not saying anything. No make outs, nothing sexual whatever. He kept talking about his problems.

- The EndWe left and tried to go back to the first venue. It just was sorta dead at that moment. It was a total mood killer to be around that new guy. He was still angry.



Lessons Learned:So all in all, it wasnt very impressive at all. BUT for not having hung out in a year and a half, and staying inside all day. It felt great and is what I needed. It proved to me that: I can be attractive, can utilize dance game well, still have natural cocky + funny lines in me, I dont have to feel nervous talking to girls, and night game isn't so scary.

I would say the biggest gift was that out of all the times Ive been out, this was the least nervous for me.
