This journal is for me to reflect on my progress.

Present Goal:
- Make one girl smile during my lunch breaks for the next three days.

Sub Goal:
- Remind myself that I am an alpha male. Women want me sexually and men look to me to lead them.

Outer game:
- I have reached a point in my day game where I can approach girls during the day even when I am alone. The only thing is I can't yet do this with 100% of girls. I.e. Every 7 potential girls that pass I only manage to approach one.

If I am with a wing then that number is probably closer to 3-4. This is something I intend to work on.

Inner Game:
- About a week ago I was in a state where I thought that life was going amazingly well etc. and while female companionship is good I was not too bothered about it. So it was basically the state I wanted to be in.

- But this week once in a while I do seem to get anxious about how I don't seem to be good with girls.

So I am going to continue to work on my inner game. Reminding myself how alpha I am.
