long read but well worth it:

a few buddies and i were driving to san fran and got stuck in traffic on the bay bridge. we were pissed off about traffic and just drooled over hot chicks that surrounded us in their slow moving cars.

out of the blue,i thought it'd be funny to write a message on a piece of paper and wave it at some cute girls

so, i wrote on a blank piece of paper large and bold enough so people could read it: "HOW MUCH?"

i was shaking so badly thinking that i would offend the girls. at first, they kind of looked shocked but started smiling!!!

the lanes moved at different speeds and they fell far behind. i wanted to get the hell out of their being embarrassed that i just did something so over the top like that. my buddy drove and decided to stall so they would catch up.

they responded with "HOW BIG?" on a piece of notebook paper  other people around us saw our little messages and were enjoying our childish messages.

to keep the story short, i finally cleared my head and thought about some cocky/funny responses and wrote back "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THIS!" to which they responded with "PROVE IT!"

that's when the traffic started moving and they disappear. if they didn't disappear, what should have i done to advance the situation? waive my cell # and hope they write down their phone #?

I'd have replied with "OK! #?"
