Ok. So we were in class and we got our homework back from the teacher, sand I noticed she did really good on my homework so I asked her,"are you like really smart or something?"
Her: no I'm just a really hard worker, actually on second thought I am pretty smart
Me: that's good that your a hard worker
Her: are you really smart?
Me: ya I'm pretty smart, lol. So do u care if I text u sometime?
And she gave me her number and I told her I'd text her. Anyway. Should I try to qualify her again and be more specific as to why I want to text her or have I made my point? Thanks guys

qualification is more for you then for her

but it accomplishes a few goals, gets the person qualifying to invest more into the interaction with you, it helps build a small amount of compliance, and it allows her to know what you like about her

really you should be qualifying the girl based on qualities that you actually want in a girl to see if she is actually a good match for you, it is essentially having standards in what you expect from the people you keep company with, not necessarily a tactic that ''works'' or ''doesn't work''

if she posses qualities you like, then you have found that out and know she is worth a good effort, if she doesn't posses qualities that you like, then you know that she is not your ''type''
