| Hey forum, been away for a while, but i am now back and back into the swing of things.
Last week I was on a flight back from my holiday that Id been on with my dad to sort him out, because work is wrecking him.
on the flight i sat in the middle seat, he was at the window and the aisle seat was this girl, she didnt look like a digitally enhanced maxim model, but i thought she was pretty about 5" 11 greek, long black hair and a cute ass. when we all sat down for takeoff, she seemed really grumpy and slouching around loads in her chair.
it was a long flight, 4 and a half hours. about an hour through, i needed the toilet, so i had to wake her up from her sleep, so she could get out the way every time i needed the loo, the 4th time i did this i returned to my seat, and i went on PUA-autopilot, i said something like "am i keeping you awake?" with a smile. she laughed and smiled a lot back, we went on from there introducing ourselves, i thought the idea of me being on a holiday with my dad was uncool and a DLV so i told her i was "helping him out" with his stress etc, im not sure if this looked any better, a small detail anyway. we were in very close proximity, i made note of her dilated pupils, she didnt do much hair stuff, but fiddled with things in her hands, her pair of gloves, the tray table and her scarf, but i just focused on the convo which covered MANY topics, from genetics to film music, she had a ring on, i asked her what it said on it and it was something about god, she then brought up religion, being a sensitive subject i bypassed it, by examining a different piece of her outfit, negged her about her fake burberry scarf, during the course of the convo i made her laugh really good about 4 times, and sometimeafter, she told me "your funny" with a big smile.
i email closed her, since it had only been 1-2 hours since id met her, we exchanged them, and she told me she uses SPAM, therefore she has a mic and i couldmic convo her on messenger, better than text.
we got off the plane, and at this time wondered if id been giving her too much attention, so as we took a walk to get through all the security i walked ahead a little, to see if she would keep up etc, and she did, when i suppose she could have just walked off somewhere else.
we got our bags, she initiated a handshake, gave her a firm handshake and a slightly confused smile, then i initiated a hug, didnt dlv and go to her, i just stood tall and opened my arms a tiny bit, she hugged me and we said goodbye.
Maybe im being too hard on myself, but i felt that the whole thing was maybe going friend zone, i tried to have the convo near the end of the flight, to make it shorter and sweeter, but this perhaps didnt work. whatever the result, we have each others emails, she was genuinely a really nice person to meet, (she also asked me what i was doing in the summer when she is off uni btw), but let me know, how you think it went from my description, all i know is, it was a really good practise of conversation skills, negging and body launguage, i really suprised myself it was scary!!
