Hey Guys,

Brief introduction:
I'm a 29 year old guy, not bad looking, not horrible with girls but tons of space to improve. I'm writing this journal for myself, for some motivation and to follow my progress and be able to see where am I going wrong with this whole PUA thing. I'm also happy to take suggestions.
I can be socially awkward sometimes and normally have low energy in social situations. I have approach anxiety of course and that's definitely something I want to work on.
Well as the name suggests I'm not very good with women. I have had better/worse times in my life but there is no consistency whatsoever. I normally get
signs from women to approach but then I either chicken out or take too much time.
I also don't have a lot of friends because I moved cities and don't know anyone here (not an excuse I know).
I've got a few hobbies and activites I do like working out, yoga, salsa, tennis.


Problems:
- I am reluctant to move out from the house most of the time and just play computer games etc.
- Can't approach a girl even if there are solid signs.
- I have only a few friends, due to the lack of social skills and because I can't approach people.

Goals:
- Turn approach anxiety in to approach excitement
- Enjoy going out and meeting people (right now this seems like a really tedious thing to do and drains my energy)
- Get into a social state
- Make new friends and establish a social circle.
- get 12 lays with different girls in the next 12 months (only ones from cold approaches count)

Actions:
- I will go out and do daytime/night time approaches and will turn them into dates.
- I will meet new people to widen my social cirle due to my hobbies.

I don't want to make too many goals at the moment because then I just can't follow up. I'll update my journal every week so I can see my progress. I'll start this thing next week as this weekend will be busy and I won't have any free time.
