I don't consider myself yet a PUA, but I might be near it. I'm here to write a thing or two to help out people.

The thing is you don't need help and tactics from other people but yes it helps in some ways.

What you really need is yourself and lots of time, I am 18 years old, I've been an nerd and I'm still one, 2-3 years ago I started to search for help in the internet because I was very shy and had like no social skills, I wrote lots of things in some private forums since I wansn't even able to share with the open communities.

What really helped? My own strenght and hard-working to be a better person, because I knew if I was shy, my future would be shit. I started doing group works, like theater, go with some close friends to bars, start sharing ideias until I started to talk to other people with no problems, I than got some contacts, got a worthy job for my age, got to know lots of people everyday, talk to girls everyday without knowing them at all, it's all about yourself!

I am now a barman at a new bar in the town, I'm helping growing the bar with sucess inviting people I meet every day, doing small talk with people, everytime I see a girl, there is this feeling for flirt and not only for talk, FLIRT IS GOOD, even if you don't like the girl or is ugly, it just helps your mind and your skills, I am now happy with life. I have a very awesome girlfriend now too!

So what I have to say in conclusion is, be yourself, grow your skills, don't quit, don't take easy ways really, you might get frustation lots of time but it's only that way you will be better! I have been 3 years training and growing faster every day!

Go to gym, go to bars alone or with friends, go to librarys, go to coffe shops, cinema, whatever, just go out and you might get people talk to you for 5 minutes, and that will make you happier and stronger believe
