Went out Friday night w a girl from Match.com..met at this local restaurant for a dinner..she offered me one of her crab cakes which I accepted..and she even grabbed the check when it came out, looked it over and set down $30 which was more than half the bill..I asked if she needed change and she refused..we had some good conversation over dinner and when it was over we decided to check out a bar down the road..drove her there and we had a great time. Stayed until about midnight, had a few beers..some more chit chat, played some photo hunt and other touchscreen games, which during she would playfully hit me when she was carrying us on photohunt(she was good)..I had my arm around her and seemed like she was comfortable with that. After 3 beers I figured, it was about time to go, and I headed to the bathroom, but when I got back she had another beer in front of her and we continued to play the touchscreen. At the end of the night, I drove her back for her car and we talked some in the car..I had my arm around her as we talked and played with her hair..told me she had a fun night and ended it with a nice kiss..actually 2 of them. I made sure on this date to do plenty of teasing and not agreeing with everything she said.
I texted her the following day and she texted back that she was driving to pick up a friend. I then joked back, "I'm tired because someone kept me up late last night" I didn't hear a response until like 1 this morning but I didn't answer until morning because I was in bed and wanted to play it cool..text her this morning "hey I was sleeping last night when you texted..but I guess you're right, I was having a good time with someone
" referring to her text saying it wasn't her fault for keeping me up..I haven't heard back from her yet today. Did I fuck up somewhere? Or is she waiting for me to call her? Any thoughts?
