Since I'm new to this, I posted this in the Newbie forum as well cause I wanted to introduce myself and tell this story. So here's the story.

So my buddy and I went to a restaurant tonight and got the waitress we always hope for when we go...a HB9 (she's a 10 in my book...but probably a 9 to most others). She takes our orders and of course, I feel intimidated. Then my buddy mentions after about ten minutes that she had put her hair down (it was in a pony tail at first). Since I've been reading the book and message boards, I thought this might a good opportunity just to get some practice.
ME - "Can I ask you a question"
HER - *Walks around to my side of the table and says* "Sure"
ME - "My buddy and I were debating...did you have your hair down all night?"
HER - *Smiles and laughs* "haha, no actually I just put it down"
MY BUDDY - "haha, looks like you owe me a hundred bucks."
HER - *Somewhat shocked* "You bet 100 dollars on that?"
ME - *laughed* then said "Well I just got a job for next year" which is true actually

I know that's somewhat of a typical "having a debate" opener...but the fucked up thing is that she changed her hair 4 more times after I said that. Unfortunately for me, I didn't get a great opportunity to respond to them...kind of blew it there.
What I'm thinking (or maybe hoping) is that every time she switched her hair around, she thought of me and the opener. I'm gonna go back next week and see if I can further things, maybe even number# (that'd be the ultimate goal).
Anyone have any thoughts/critiques on the situation or advice for the next time we go back?

Just dont go too often or ever by yourself, might make you seem a little creepy. Also another thing to try would be to tease her about how she "cant stay away from you and the table". Of course its her job to keep coming back but you can play around with it for a neg.
