Hi All,

So I got a bit bored all of my buddies are in watching football, not being much of a fan, hell I decided to go out and see what I could find in a local bar. with things being a bit early I wasn't sure, but I inteded to be out for around an hour to break myself in as I'd never done this kinda thing before... so without further ado heres my first of many FRs.

Tuesday November 27th - 19:30 Stewarts bar - Billericay, Essex, UK
Dress:- smart casual, no peacocking material and armed only with my personality, little knowledge and a couple of magic tricks...

Orderd a vodka and coke to steady myself, sat at the bar running through a few bits before I start working the room, walked in with a smile and notcied a few groups gathering, not too bad for a tuesday. Took a sip of my drink and then theres this prodding in my back... Spun round and I'm confronted by 2 HB6's...

Numpty: "Hey, hands off the merchandise, this ain't for free ya know"
HBs: (in sync.) sorry sugar/babe, love the shirt tho really suits you. (FREAKY)
Numpty: Thanks, Yeh I love your top, I just saw a girl outside on the high street wearing that same outfit, really popular but deffo suits you.
HB1: Really? this is brand new, I'm gonna have to go abroad and go shopping (and she made the sweetest frown).

So I thought that this was pretty cool, I was heavily off guard and didn't expect to be approached. So I kinda went into my routine from the start and said "So can i get your opinion on this" and gave them some spiel about my friend wanting to fake tan himself but risking looking like the Tango man as hes so pasty white... Got a good response and they were laughing a bit too much for my liking, but just as things seemed to be going good a guy walked in and whistled at them, (what a jackass) they said "oh our dates are here we gotta go"

So I thought I'd try some kino real quick as I'd never tried it before so i touched her shoulder leaned in and said something along the lines of "really? wow I would've thought you deserved better" she giggle and then got pulled away by her friend... so as shes turning i pointed to my cheek and she leaned in and kissed, as she did she went to hold my hand but slipped me a napkin with her number on it... turned walked away and I overheard her say - "I like him hes fun"... then they left...

So a bit perplexed im sitting up at the bar again - did I just get worked? I really got the impression her friend didnt know she gave me her number... still a new experience...

Moving on about 10minutes later I approached a 5set 3xHB7s and a couple of guys. The girls smiled as I approached and I started with the "hey can I get your opinion on something"...

One guy turned to me and said "no1 gives a F*** about your issues, P*** off before i put you through a window"
- My in-experience and confidence took a hammering and I had nothing to fire back at him so I retreated with a "ok we'll y'all have a good evening anyway"

what with things being a bit quiet and the bar being fairly empty, I finished my drink and left thinking that if anyone else saw that display it could hinder my chances. I tried another few bars, but the fact its a tuesday and only about 9pm really showed so I quit with my napkin and headed home.

Certainly a learning experience and I'm sorry to waffle on, any pointers, hints or tips would be great as I dont feel I actually did that much.

well me being the sarcastic bastard that i am i would have replied and probably got my ass beat, but i would have said this under my breath, but loud enough for them to hear

I say well done. You number closed, good job. I would advise not drinking again when sarging, but that's just me. I also applaud you not getting in a fight. That guy was one hell of an obstacle, one that I would have only tried to pass with a very large man as my wing. (I'm kinda short.) Best of luck next round.

Dont ya just love shit tests, espcially when they come from a GUY! Ive had a similar situation happen to my bro, its not worth a fight cause then u arent going to close anything that night.

AMOGs like that are an occupational hazard depending on where you live. I grew up in small town Northern Ireland, and they were everywhere and tended to punch first and ask questions later. Now I live in San Francisco where they're not so common. If you live in an AMOG-rich location then you'd probably need to research AMOG management a bit more.
