So...I'm a glorified newbie. I have some natural game but I found after breaking up with my gf and graduating college two years ago, tail doesn't really fall into your lap anymore. So I invested in some reading material as well as MM DVDs, so here is quick field report.

I used to live in Vegas so I know lots of people there but didn't really feel like spending $300/person to get bottle service at Tao or something so I drove in on Friday and went to my old roomate's house, showered and got ready to hit the strip. We ended up at Bally's and had some drinks while playing poker then took a drive south on LV blvd to a local country bar (by no means am I a country bar guy and I'm surprised I had such a good time there). The bar we went to was sweet, tons of hot country girls, all ages and many locals which is good imo (Stoney's las vegas)

My goal was to open 1/2 dozen sets and close at least one, either # or kiss-close. I used two standard openers. One was do I look like a drug dealer b/c we were at xxx club last night hanging out and xxx people came up to me for X. Then stacked that routine with a quick dhv story about my previous living in vegas etc...2nd opener I used was do I look gay b/c some guy grabbed my ass last night at xxx bar.

Set 1: Opened a 2 set in the line in front of us quickly b4 we went inside, just a warmup set, Hb6 and hb7.5. Asked something super standard like is this bar fun. They both said it was a real good time but the dumb broads didn't even go inside when they didn't want to pony up $10 cover. LoL cheap girls.

Set 2: Opened a 4 set, two guys two girls, Hb6 and Hb9. I knew the dudes weren't with them, they were asking lame-o questions like where are you from, so I leaned into obstacle, gave a quick FTC and opened with drug dealer. She said maybe, then i looked at her friend, blew her chode out and asked her. She immedaitely grabbed my shirt and start feeling my chest, omg wtf? She says no, I stacked a little, but they were going to meet their friends on the dance floor. I don't ask for names so figured I could re-engage later in the night but never saw them again.

Set 3: Opened the bartender (every bartender was 8 or better in this place all wearing super tight corsets) when I ordered a jack and coke for my friend and a water to myself...she looks at me with a surprised look and a cocked smile, NOT DRINKING? I reply with some C&F saying "Trying to get me drunk already, we just met...". Talked to her for a few minutes, turns out she used to work with my roomates ex-gf at coyote ugly in NY NY. Had to eject when she had customers and my buddy wanted his drink. Figured it'd be DLV to wait around to continue the convo.

Set 4: Another mixed set (I'm really trying to approach mixed sets), 2 guys two girls, both HB8s. One hot blonde with glasses and the other a sexy petite brunette. Opened brunette with drug dealer, moved to quick story. Then she asked where I was from, jumped thru the hoop most likely and told LA. She starts bitching at me about how much LA sux, hey don't diss my town. I neg'd her pretty hard about her bitching but she wasn't digging so I rolled off and sat down next to my friends at the table.

Set 5: Look to my left and see a 4 set, 3 girls and 1 guy. Opened with drug dealer to the obstacle (HB6). I locked in and engaged her and her two friends (HB7 and HB8). Talked some bullshit for a minute, I actually know a lot about astrology so when she asked for my birthday I flipped the script and asked her hers, then did a quick cold read and she was digging it up. So here I am schmoozing with the obstacle and the other two girls have boyfriends with them it appears so suddenly she grabs my hand and drags me to the dance floor and tells me to dance with her while her two friends dance with their boyfriends. She taught me how to do country dancing shit and I said some C&F stuff. Then the song was over, leaned in said thanks for the dance, kissed her on the cheek then moved in for the makeout. Made out for a min or two, then I said I had to get back to my friends and left.

honestly I just wasn't feeling this girl, I ran into her at the bar later and she said I should come to her place for after hours, but I was sober and again, wasn't attracted to this one in the least. Prob could've f-closed her but whatever.

Last set I opened was a 3 set of drunk floozies in the parking lot. Telegraphed too much interest and they didn't come back to my friend's place to play pool.


Overall I feel it was a successful night in an environment I'm not familiar with. On Sat we just gambled and hung out at an after hrs bar but there weren't many girls so I just chilled with my old roomates. Still a fun trip tho.
