Well Shit! I live in a small cliquish town and trying to sarge girls around here sucks! I'm a good looking guy but I turn into such a little bitch when it comes to talking to girls!

So I went out tonight and # closed one chick. Only because her lesbian friend who I was dancing with told me that she wanted me. So I got her # and gamed her pretty hard, and will probally F-close her in a matter of days.

But damn there were girls checkin me out, and sometimes I just freeze up and can approach girls because I feel like whatever I say will be stupid. I hate rejection.

Sometimes when I drink I feel like it makes my anxiety and approach skills worse, but I go out and my friends like to get hammerd. I'll work on things but shyness sucks.

I want to go after what I'm attracted too, not just let woman that approach me and that makes me feel like I'm lower value.

i understand, as for drinking, i have given up alcohol altogether, i dont even drink any with a meal.

ive had girls checking me horribly, but then never done anything about it, when i should have and probably wouldnt have done bad (this is in my AFC days).

I would say, take it easy, noones going to crucify you for not getting something, become comfortable with all sorts of women, when i was 16/17 i would do this by talking with shop assistants, waitresses, street cleaners, girls on the bus (with an appropriate opener), any females at all it helped me alot anyway.

Here is the mindset that I try to use:

Rejection = alpha

Not approaching because of AA = beta

Explanation:
An alpha male goes for what he wants in life. If he gets rejected by a girl that he want he doesn't really care. It's her loss and he knows that there are other great women that he could build a connection with. So he doesn't mind rejection. And since he actually went and talked to the girl he wanted he is way more alpha then the average beta male who doesn't have the guts to go approach women.

Another thing:

For every rejection there is a lesson to learn - the more rejections the smarter you get:).

before i knew about PUA etc, i was at a club once,
