So here is the deal. I'm in college, I just got out of a loooonnnnnnngggg relationship and am out of game and am working on gaining some confidence. PUA beginner. School started a few weeks ago and I started running into this chick (HB9 imo) I knew back from high school (weird because I ran into her a bunch and we are at a big school). I've only ran into her and hardly had time to talk but finally Friday night was with some mutual friends and saw her at a bar. We are all drinking and soon her and I are dancing. She lives near me so I ask if she wants to share a taxi home, her friend says yeah we should do that and we go wait for a taxi. The two of them start talking about sex in front of me and how their plan was to find guys to have sex with (i didn't think they were thinking of me as that person).

We get in the taxi and her friend who was going to go to HB9s house ends up getting dropped off on the way. I start talking to her about a recent trip she took and getting a little kino here and there and building some rapport. We get to my house and I offer to split the taxi but SHE pays. We get out and for a few seconds and without hesitation I start to walk her home.

All of a sudden she seems VERY drunk. Before she seemed tipsy but not drunk (and hadn't drank anything more that I know of). We get to her house and I go inside sit on her couch and start talking to her and she is still seeming way drunk. I get close to her and we talk but I never make a move because I was hardly drunk and she seemed way drunk, thought i did want to have sex with her. After a while she wants to go to sleep but almost says it jokingly like she wants me to come. I got nervous at this point (fuck me) and say ok I guess i'll head home, hoping she would show me that she didn't want me to. When she showed no sign of sadness that I was leaving I headed out the door and in my panic state I said sorry I wasn't interested in having sex with you, do you really want me to go? She just laughed and didn't say anything as I left.

I tried texting her since then just to get some conversation going but she is totally flaking on me with short 1 word responses or none (after only a few of these I just quit texting her) So my question is should I keep trying with this chick or move on?

In one respect i'm confident as I got this HB9 who was totally flirting with me and possibly trying to fuck me, and on the other hand she totally flaked the next day after I failed miserably and she was a little drunk. Any tips on what I did wrong/should've done (besides the obvious fuck her when we were alone in her hosue)? If I should keep trying with this chick what would be a good approach to use next time I see her?
