Theres nothing bad with sleeping with younger girl, even with that age gap. All you have to do is to say it clearly that it cannot be serious.

1- I would fuck her
2 - I wouldnt fuck her

As you met at a gym, I would suggest another sporty activity, except outdoors - maybe kayaking, cycling or tennis. This gives you the chance to get to know her as well as plenty of opportunities for physical contact (and in the case of tennis, the chance to see her in a sexy tennis skirt!)

If you become competitive, completely own her for a start but let her come close to winning the last few times. After the activity, shower and change into something fresh and go for a coffee or light meal somewhere (transitioning). Then invite her back to your place...

interesting you say that, as we organised for a workout this weekend at the gym together, and next week for a jog around one of the lakes not far from here. A good opportunity to get hot and sweaty......
