I got homegirl's number after she came into my work to get her car fixed. l waited a couple of days and then told her I was taking her out, following R.C.'s guide as closely as possible.
Planning the date according to Chief's blueprint, I knew I'd want to bring her back to my house eventually, so it was ideal that she saw the house briefly before the end of the night. Since my place is out of the way, and once we were out I knew I couldn't easily get her back there, I decided to have her meet me at my house first, from where we would take an Uber to a bar. I cleaned the place and made sure it smelled like candles. Bitches love candles.
Earlier, I told her over text that "I'm lookin fly, so don't wear a trashbag or I won't be seen with you." It was playful and she joked back, but subtly it made her a little conscious of her outfit. When she arrived, I greeted her with "oh wow, look at you!" as I went in for a hug. As we were pulling away from the hug I added "I didn't think you'd actually wear a trash bag!" She laughed, and I'd turned the trash bag thing into an inside joke, which as R.C. points out "creates secrecy and a social bond." I brought her inside, and gave her a glass of wine and a tour while we waited for the Uber. Bitches love wine.
The first bar was packed, so we had to grab a table. Obviously kino is easier at the bar, but since we were facing each other at the table eye contact and conversation were pretty natural. I held the door open for her, and as she passed I put my hand on her lower back and kept it there, kinda guiding her through the bar and initiating physical contact. Conversation was good, she was funny, and there was never a lapse because before the date I had made a short list of conversation topics just in case of a lull. You never have to look back at it once you've made it, but it makes you feel more prepared and confident.
Alternate the conversation between lighthearted joking and genuine interest in her passions and lifestyle. Tell her about the things you love, and tell her why. She will see your passion. Bitches love passion.
Time distortion is important; we went to 3 places, and by the time we arrived home she couldn't wait to come inside.
I consider the night a success, and she's still texting me. I'm continuing to show very limited interest.
