Im totally new in this forum and not from England/America so im sorry for my english beeing bad .

Well I (17) mooved 1 year ago into a new neighbourhood.
One day, when I was walking my dog out I met a girl (17) who was also with her dog.
We talked a few minuts and than I passed by.#
I saw her 2-3 times since then and just said hello (wasnt interested back then).
1 month ago I was again going with my dog and I saw her coming from school.
I asked her if she likes to come with be and she agreed.
We walked more than an hour (normally about 40 minuts) and we had a nice talk with a few random touches.
The farewell took a few minuts so Im pretty sure she had fun, too.
I told her to save my number and text me the next time she will go with her dog. She said "ok than i text you later". She gave me a message on the same day, just to say good night.
Since that we texted 2 times. The problem is that she only can go out on saturdays, so I said something like this: "hmm than you certainly want to go out with your friends on saturday (mistake, I make myself kind a bad) so let me know when you go with your dog"
She didnt do it, so i called her friday two weeks later(2 days ago) (no contact until the call) and asked her if she has plans for tommorow (I wanted to go out with friends and ask her to come with me). But she already had plans :/.
So I said : "Ok no problem, but now I asked you a lot if you want to go out with me and i dont want to run after you so if u would like to see me its up on you." She said "okay" and I hanged out.
Now I dont know what to do because I think that the attraction was to low to freeze out .
How should I react if i see her on the streets and she doesnt calls me??

Leave the ball in her court and if she get's back to you, she likes you.

At this point, the more you ask her out and the more she declines you, the more needy you look. A serious attraction killer.

So, If I was you, just find more girls and delete her phone number so that you don't go crazy about and to detach you from the outcome. If she likes you, she will get in touch with you. But don't hold your breathe.

If she sees you taking home some girls, I reckon she might send you a text actually

I dont intent to text or call her until she does it first but what am i supposed to do when i see her?
Should i just give her a quick "hello" and than moove forward or should i talk to her a little bit longer touch her and try to raise the attraction?



I thought of that but i see her really rarely so its too improbable that she will recognize me dating other girls :/

If you bump into her, just be a normal neighbour. Say hi whenever you make eye contact or come acrosss each other.

No. She keeps rejecting you bro. Stop rewarding bad behaviour and give her space.

She is forced to be a neighbour. She has to be socially polite to at least do neighbour stuff and to least say hi and ask to borrow a plunger.

You have already asked her to go on a date with you and she has declined several times. I don't get how touching her will change her mind.

She has your number, if she likes you, she will text you. You need to realise when someone is rejecting you.

I didn't had any contact with her for the last 3 weeks.
We have holidays now so im pretty sure he is a lot of time, but she doesn't contacted me.
She's kinda special so I wan't to try it again but how should i start??

I met other girls and i dont looked out the window (I know when shes coming from school so I could have go out at this time but I doesnt intend to chase her).
I hoped to get a tip to increase my chances to get her on a date if she doesnt agree its over but for me its worth to give it one more try.
