Friend Zone Push/The Great Escape is my theory and findings of how to get out of that dreaded 'FRIEND ZONE'

This is the idea that you can get yourself out of the friend zone through comfort building and kino escalation over time.
It is pushing and pulling your way to escape out of the friend zone through keeping rapport, negs, playful behaviour and showing caring qualities, almost to how a boyfriend would.
Alpha male esc behaviour around her as if you are her ‘protector’ For example in a club some people may be getting crazy, and you stand behind your ‘target’ and get her into a safer position, you can do this through kino, putting your hands on her waist, she wont reject or slap you away as she is comfortable with you already because of your friend status.
With showing her that you can and do look out for her it will kick in the primal instinct that Mystery refers to as Survival value, and this means that attraction will start to build. Throwing in some negs will cause some playful banter between the two of you. Through the days or weeks you can escalate the kino, eventually so far that she will feel comfortable dancing and fooling around with you, run a routine on her and follow the normal steps that you would with any other girl you are trying to kiss. Go for it. The comfort is there it is just the attraction that needs to be built over time. So if you think about it, the friend zone means that you are half way to where you want to be!

This is my creation and theory on how to get out of the friend zone. It may have been said and done before but this is how I see it!
