I'm a 24 year old guy here. 1 more year in college before I graduate. I live in huge city with my family 200k people here. But I'm usually in my college town of 60k people. It's Iowa... so yeah, mostly white here, and I'm half black half mexican. Not a very masculine guy but the few girlfriends I've been with say I look like a "good guy" they can trust.

Many girls have graduated in school of 100 people or less. I met a girl, kissed her and 10 mins later she asked me what happens when black people tan. Yeah, farmer girls like that are everywhere. They are highly attracted to farmer boys, so if you don't wear a cowboy hat she won't want to talk. There are girls that date exclusively black guys but I'm not ghetto or ignorant, nor can I pull it off so those girls won't even speak to me. Spanish speaking community is extremely small around here. We have one latin dance club, and a few dive bars which aren't worth visiting spanish speaking or not. Your average bar here is filled with 40-50 year old guys unless you hit downtown or west glenn. There is 1 dance club in west glenn, and 1 downtown next to a gay bar. Dress code is pretty lax at all bars/clubs. You will never get turned away from a club here.

As for myself I've had 2 LTRs. 1 with a white girl (5/10) who was a bit of nympho and big into bondage yet she refused to allow me to tie her up, lol. Fun times with her for a year before a break up and then I dated a girl from Colombia (8.5/10). Not as much sex and she was more of a traditional girl but that lasted for about a year. Both of these girls I've met in the campus dancing associations so I learned I just keep showing up and now I can dance lol. Right now I'm hoping to just be better at picking up women. I'm a beast on the dance floor. I've had 5 impromptu dance battles all of which I have won. I'm pretty social, I have a close circle of friends and I've worked in retail a lot. I've even worked at a women's clothing store as a manager/seller so I know fashion and talking to women cold is pretty easy. Talking with people around me is something I rarely do. I don't just strike up conversations because I don't feel like talking to other people is very fun or useful.

I've never had regular penis/vagina sex before yet I've been drowning pussy, and have had so many BJ's that it's pretty much a given for sex. Well, my gf's were both virgins and looking for marriage and I wasn't so it wasn't much of a choice.

My recent night out yesterday went like this:
Went to bar's clubs at 9 because my friend told me there was a huge number of girls (3:1) at the dance club in west glenn. I head over there, and the bar is empty, literally. There's the bartender and the DJ and the bouncers aren't even there! We walk over to a bar where most of the people are in their 30's so me and him are the youngest people there. Girl to guy ratio is about (1:3). No girls are alone. Usual day in Iowa....

So we grab drinks and walk up stairs to another area. No looks from any of the girls so we go back to the club around 10:20. At about 10:30 there are some people there. 2 black girls, a group of 3 guys 3 girls by the bar. 4 other as the bar and 2 girls sitting down and an empty dance floor. My friend get me hyped enough to dance. 1 of the cougar looking girls (6.5/10) looks stares at me even though she was with 3 meat head guys who obviously couldn't dance. I left around 11 when 2 more girls entered and sat by themselves.

The day before that I went to a salsa event near campus. I knew the bouncer, the owner of the place, 3 girls and 2 guys. There was about 5 other people there I didn't know. Chatted up all the people I knew, danced with 2 girls I didn't know. It was quiet so we talked about our major, dance experience people we might know on campus. I didn't ask for their numbers, guess I could have but didn't. They were (7/10) but, whatever you know, I really could have cared less.

A guy and his friend walk in, it's the local barber who cuts my hair, I say hi to him real quick, give him a hand shake and go back to dancing with the girl I was with. Me and her laugh a bit I dance with her friend, she laughs a bit and I switch with them. A few people walk by the front door and I run to go see a guy I know. I introduces me to his 2 friends and we just shoot the shit for a bit. I go back inside and talk to the single girl who I know from lessons. I just keep things light then leave, she gives me a hug and I head out to another college dance club.

At the other dance club it's pretty packed. There's around 40 people inside and the ratio is pretty damn good , 1 girl for every 2 guys. I dance and attract attention pretty quickly. 2 girls look at me 1 tries to imitate my moves. I go into beast mode, drop some moves that only experienced dancers could replicate and the girls kinda laughed and looked at me before turning away and going elsewhere. A guy and his friend point at me as I dance. 2 girls from before start dancing on top of some random box, one looks at me for 2 seconds or so. I get tired and go home.

Went out to night. I had spent the night in the busy downtown area near the bars/clubs.

I had a girl and her friends that may have possibly been talking about me by saying, "Hey do you like mexican?" her friend replied, "I don't speak mexican."

Another girl may have also been talking about me in a similar fashion but once again it was unclear. I went to an all black club. Well, THE all black dance club since there's only one in a 50 mile radius lol. No luck even with dancing new style. Tried to get a few girls to dance but they refused. There were some hot girls that were dancing right in front of me and I tried to get their attention but i just wasn't able to even bringing out a lot of my moves. They glanced once but then moved away and never looked at me again. Went to another club with more pop music and some black girls were dancing near me. 2 random black guys walked up to them and started grinding and they never looked at me even though they were dancing in front of me. Though it was definitely not an invitation either.

My plans tomorrow are to go back to the clubs earlier. Possibly talk a little more but the girls weren't making eye contact at all.

Been trying my online dating game and seeing where that leads me. I've given up on gaming girls that aren't my type. Those that aren't won't respond. The type s that do respond to my advances and who are my type will gladly enter in a relationship for the long term.

What I have figured is that shy quiet girls are the only girls worth dating. Not because I am successful with them but because these girls find me attractive and I work well with them. There's no real pick up for these types of girls because they are not the type that works well with pua techniques . They prefer a guy who talks nonstop but is still even able to hold a conversation even though they respond very little. Even after feeling comfortable they still won't talk much . I've meet 2-3 girls like this with online dating and am going out on a date with a 7-8 who loves to listen to me.

This brings me to the epiphany I had. Types matter. Some guys can never in their life date a certain type of girl. Some guys can date the dumb blond types because they have a personality that works well with it. Some pua's will never get the shy reserved types because they might be to active in club scene or simply not interesting. In other words, if a girl is looking to get into deep discussions over mathematics and you can't add, she won't date you. Sure you can say that guys can get past that with a good personality but that depends on the importance of what they are looking for. If they care about race or politics as much as they do cheating or domestic abuse then you won't have a chance. But some girls might say they are looking for a tall guy and it carries as much weight as guys who say they like a big ass. Preferences vs real breakers.
