Location: South East Englnd | | Wow what a tough night. Every set I opened in the club I was either CB'd, shot down, was palmed off or I got the dreaded "I can't hear you". I have a big voice naturally (lucky me), in a club it won't really serve you well, unless in a good smoking area. I opened a lot of sets. Had a little bit of a good reaction but in a club it's not the place to chat. Opened a set of HB6 and 7 both were receptive but figured I could do better put the brakes on a bailed. In reality I maybe should've stuck it out afterall a lay is a lay (found out they were visiting the town and couldn't figure out how to get home, I know, it was an open goal!!!!).
So on my drive home at midnight (yeah it's early but have to be up at 6am for work) I was thinking about why it all went a bit pear shaped. My result, foundations. Not of skill (but also yes) but of the night sarging. I was in a bar before hand and I opened a few sets in there. I won't bore you with the details but the two noteworthy incidences I'll tell you about.
1. Walked past two solid HB8's on my way out to the smoking area, locked eyes and said hello. One of them, the one I liked, (beautiful brunette with some amazing blue eyes) turned her head and smiled. I maintained eye contact wearing my cheekiest smile and mentally attached a note: OPEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!
2. At the bar (not soon after the eye fucking) locked eyes with what looked like a HB 7 in a group who was my type all over. I waved gave a smile, she smiled back. I turned and waited for my water (I'm sarging cold all the time now) after 5 mins turned went to approach and saw she was carrying a little weight I didn't see before and bailed on opening.
So what is there to learn?
Well in the first instance as soon as I got the turn and smile from her I should've and opened straight away. Fuck going to the smoking area and go try and fuck the hottie who clearly liked me!!! (As a note: I'd open and go for something in the more direct game vein. No need to start back at the beginning. The opener was the fuck me eyes. The attraction is built in and the instant approach would be DHV or whatever the term is these days). I didn't see her after that. Wasn't really fussed, still plenty of sets to open. However looking back on it I missed a golden opportunity.
Rule: Open instantly, there may never be a next time!!!
The second instance requires further explaination. I saw that girl in the club with her mates later on. The group was nothing special tbh but they had something which is vital in club game. Social Proof!!!! I was probably getting shit sets and no hooks because of my apparent lack of social value. If I had of opened the girl the first time I would have seen her in the club later and I could've been seen with them later increasing my social value.
Rule: Social Proof is valuable. Get it where you can.
More time should be spent on the foundations of the night before the main event (e.g club). That is to say pre-club game (bars, street, hackey sack tournament). It will get yourself warm and earn some social value. Plus you have more of an opportunity to use your verbal talents. Once inside the club the chat ends and it's more jungle rules (Jungle rules = social proof + raw confidence).

Location: South East Englnd | | So guess what, I implemented what I wrote about last night and BOOM, two solid number closes (day 2's set up), one weak number close, a very close f-closes and a HB9 which I fucked up.
The weak number close was an interesting one. I saw her, waved, she smiled I approached. Everything was going fine and she was loving the chat. Then things got a little weird. I didn't expect her to be as keen as she was. I got the 'bambi' eyes in a few minutes. I kind of paniced, number closed and boosted. Pleasant surprise I know but there was plenty of kino (back, waist arms) pulling in and stepping away, push-pull (verbally). Next time just assume it's going to work and push!! After last night I was in a defeated mindset.
The HB9 was interesting too. I locked eyes said Hi, how are you. She smiled back with strong eye contact (EC). I kind of AMOG'd some guy she was talking to, a bit of shoot the shit chat and the dreaded mind drain started. I wasn't so much as running the interview train but asking questions I didn't give a shit about. I think yet again I didn't expect to get as far as I did. The vibe I was getting was she was intrigued as I held her strong EC but it kind of went flat.
The close f-close I can't be bothered writing about just now but I'll put something up later.
All in all, good weekend. Progress is being made.
