so basicly i broke up with a girlfriend just over a month ago since then we have talked a little but nothing really compared with how we was. i found out the other day that shes with this new guy, to begin with i didn't care but it stayed on my mind i met up with her to chat about old times and stuff and we ended up in bed together. i didn't even really want to do it. its just the fact i wanted to prove that i still could have her. i guess this is a jealously thing because i don't want her to move on i'm good with woman and its not like i'm hung up on her there have been plenty of girls since her. i don't even want her back i guess i just want to not give a shit about her anymore which is difficult cause we were together for quite a long time. Advice ?

Situation like yours was described many times already and the advice is always the same - go on with your life and forget her. You had a nice time with her, now it is over and why would you waist any more enegy and time on her. There are tons of HB`s out there so just move on and have fun.

All of this counts if you are not lying about not having any feelings for her. If you still feel something, then its something different.
