This is my first ever report. Hope you understand and enjoy it.
Yesterday I was at Berns in Stockholm. Went there early to avoid any line and paying for the entrance, which in my opinion is expensive.
Usually by this time its more of a restaurant and business party gathering place than a club but since its pretty big with several bars, you can hang out chillin, taking a drink and chitchatting with people that are around before itturns to a club later on.
Since I went solo (I do it alot), this was a great advantage for me because it allows me to build up state by wandering around and exchanging some words with the staff or whoever that is around.
So at the bar there were mostly men and a couple of 4-sets standing and sitting around the tables. Didn't open any since I'm aware of the difficulties of these sets, and also because they were not any motivational ones.
I was having my drink and chillin under the heat lamp when I soon discovered that two chicks were standing at one end of the bar. There was one guy talking to one of them when ordering a drink so I went to open the other. They were not as hot as they seemed from behind but I usually try to kep conversation anyway just to become more flexible and also to see how far it can go. Soon enough I was talking to both of them with small physical moves. We ended up talking about horoscopes (which ones fit together and that shit). I noticed that two guys were standing and looking at us. Since I wasn't interested of the girls I decided to involve them in the conversation by saying "You look like you are Aries" to one of them while clapping his shoulder. They were soon into each other and I was standing at the side observing the behaviour of the guys. They looked very happy and I moved on to find my next set since there were more people rolling in.
I then opened two seated women in their late thirties and kept convo for 20-30 min. I was standing while they were seated but it went pretty well. Meanwhile therer were lots of hotties passing by which made me wish the ladies a good night to move on to my next set.
The place was starting to fill up by this time. I opened some other sets here and there, including one 6-set, even though my aproach ratio was pretty low. Eventually I opened a 2-set of which one was hot. It went pretty well (touching, photo taking, showing interest etc). During this interaction we all were seated and I noticed that girls I had opened earlier were passing by and looking curiously. Some of them even greeted me by leaning in and saying hello (one of the older ladies and another one i had opened). Some were pointing and giggling ( the horooscope girls). Well later on nothing really happened with these chicks except for fb-exchange (which seems to be flake btw).
But I didn't really expect much of this night so after that set I took a walk around and having some words with some girls before heading home.
Now this isn't the best night i've had in terms of picking up but in other ways it was. Overall it was a fun night. Although there is ALOT for me to learn from this it. I realize the "faults" i've done, i.e. not being physical enough (which is one of my sticking points), not aproaching enough (sometimes catastrophicly low aproach frequency), not being spontaneous enough in terms of topics in conversations or openings etc, not leading enough (another important sticking point im willing to fix) and so on...
Even though some parts of this report is not in a greater detail, I think writing it down helps me become better. But I also hope that someone reads this and maybe can share any ideas or constructivly critisize my reports, which I will try to write more of in the future.
