I have been reading this forum on and off for some days, but never tried to use any thing I was learning.

One day last week I had a bad day at work and in the evening I decided to go to a mall and pick up a girl. Just like that! I went to a Victoria Secrets store and saw one woman buying stuff. I did not want to talk to her because she was at most a five on a scale of ten. That is not a challenge. I told my self "I will walk around until at least a seven comes up". So later I see an decently attractive woman buying perfume. I walk up to her and asked if I can ask her for her opinion on something. She said sure. I told her that I heard a good colleague at work saying she wishes some one bought her stuff from Victoria S and that I want to buy her something since her birth day is coming up. I added that I don't want to buy something which sends the wrong message since we are just coworkers and nothing more. Then the woman told me I can buy my colleague perfume and stuff like that. So I asked her to suggest a good perfume. She picked one, sprays on her hand and gives her hand for me to smell. I said "Smells good. Is it the perfume or is it you?". She giggled. So conversation continued. At the end I told her I had to leave but would be happy to buy her coffee at the mall as a token for the nice opinion she gave me. She said okay but was reluctant. She told me to wait a until she pays for her stuff, took eternity to pay and came to me. She looked uncertain and I was in no hurry for anything. So I asked her if not today we can meet some other time. I took out my phone and she told me her number. I called her after a week and asked her out. She said she is working the next day but we can "hook up" when she finishes work. I am not so sure what she means exactly by "hook up". So that's where things are with her now.

Story 2
The same night, I went to a small music event and meet this girl who is really attractive. We met like half an hour before the club was to close. Conversations went very nice. It felt like we knew each other for years. She gave me a ride to my place and when she dropped me I asked her "Coffee or tea". She replies "Call me". I thought she was saying "Coffee". Then she added "rain check". Three days later I called her and she did not reply. I left a voicemail asking her to call me back. Two days after that she texts me and says she is going to be out of town that weekend but that "we should definitely hang out" when she comes back. I texted her back wishing her a nice trip and told her to contact me when she returns. Should I wait for her to contact me or should I just text her to ask if she is back and would like to meet up? Added detail - she texted me from a different phone number than the one she originally gave me and said she does not use the other one for texting because of "long story". Looks like she is interested. She could have ignored my voicemail otherwise. What do you guys think?

So this second girl from my post was out of the country for two weeks. When she came back I texted her and said if she would want to hang out. I offered her to go eat out or come to my place and I cook. She said "you cook and I will bring dessert" in a flirty manner. So should I try to close? Is the fact that she wants to see me at my place a sure sign for getting laid?
