So i went out on friday, with the friday feeling. I really believed the night was going to be good and that i would be onto a winner. However after a few drinks at a buddies place I was starting to lose the vibe so we ended up heading out.

What is annoying is that my friends aren't great at going up to girls so it can be quite hard sometimes. I'm having a good time with them but my thoughts are slowly getting turned off girls as opportunity after opportunity passes. In fact i am becoming quite annoyed. I would open a four set and no wing would step forward to help, I was getting good conversations but not everything was falling into place.

So i decide that maybe tonight has been an epic fail and i am ready just to see the night out with my friends when I realize this girl just short of a 7 was looking at me, I pretend not to notice and continue just dancing. She ends up getting closer but still at a distance and another guy hits on her, I'm thinking this is another chance gone, but as i had already given up i didnt care too much so kept doing my thing. After a couple more minutes i can sense she is still looking so i look directly at her give her a big smile and a wink then look away. She ends up dancing over to me and within 30 seconds we are kissing. Unfortunately no number or f-close as my friend messed up the wing royally so i tried to leave her to give her a bit of space, and to have words with my mate. But ended up losing her. Gutted.

What i cant work out though is, did i manage to pull because some confidence shone through and she saw that in me? Or was it because i had given up on girls and just enjoying myself that she approached me? Or was it just meant to be? Lol Who cares though? My luck was in I guess
