Hey guys,

My wing and I are just starting out on this journey, mainly because we both feel that the opportunities we have as club promoters in London mean that we should be f-closing alot more then we do, seeing as it kind of takes the opener out of the equation as girls are coming to us!

So quick summary of last night:

- Few drinks with workmates at a pub after work: I go here regularly and opened with an over the shoulder comment to a girl next to me at the bar. "Good choice" when she ordered a round of jaegermeisters. Got a little talk going but never turned to face her it was all over the shoulder. Offered to help carry the drinks over to her group as she was struggling, met the group, shook hands with the fellas, bid them all a great night and then back to my group as I really did have to leave. Sure I can pick this one up again next week as she is a regular and to be fair only really a HB7.

- Met my wing and we hit Piccadilly institute. Poor poor level of talent in the place, wanted to get out of there pretty soon. Only two attempted sarges were the guestlist girl and the bar girl, both of which ran out of steam pretty quick. Although bar girl responded well to a neg "that outfit it doing nothing for you" as she was wearing a labcoat as per the theme of the bar. Used this one once before and a more feisty bar girl opened the front of the coat and flashed me a her outfit underneath with a cheeky wink - number closed that one but she didnt get back to me.

- We hit another pub and I tried some classic Mystery openers. Now I think these really, really DONT work for me! Jealous girlfriend, best way to break up with a girl, heartbroken buddy. Apparently (and all my female wings / friends tell me this) I give off a predatory sexual aura because of the way I look and speak and this is why I think these dont work for me. I sound disingenuous both to me and probably to the girls also, it seems obvious that im just coming out with a shitty story to get them talking. Problem is also probably in my delivery BECAUSE im thinking this myself, so after this I went into the opener iv always used which is asking if the girls are hitting the club across the road or not because I can sort out their entry. This went better.

- So to the club where I was working and I met 14 girls in the hotel bar about 15 mins before. As I know these girls a bit, as mentioned opening was not needed. I was kind of funny cocky, a few negs and engaged the entire group, at this point I hadnt yet picked out a target.
Later, in the club I had 3 bottles of vodka and a tray of shots and really made sure the club looked after the birthday girl. Now there were 3 girls I had my eye on and the problem was I never selected a target and never isolated. My wing and I picked the same target at one point until we realised we were both on the same one so I graciously stepped off as he HAD engaged her first. He waited too long and lost her towards about 2am so he gave up at that point. My problem was that I was still dividing attention between the remaining 3 girls too much. As it was, I think they all thought I was a player and at the end of the night, yep you guessed it not even so much as a kiss close! (although I did go in for it at one point, teased her, pulled away and gave her a cheeky grin. Not sure why on earth I didnt revisit this one and seal it?)

So lessons from yesterday which was the second sarge my wing and I have done since we started getting into the game:

- Mystery openers dont work for me.
- Select a target early and stick to it.
- Find a good method for gaming bar girls, shot girls and general hot working staff
