The volunteers were suppose to meet at the church and then take a bus to the soup kitchen. I was hoping that there would be some HB volunteers, BOY was I WRONG. My friend and I were in a crowd of women in their 70's...now some of you might have gotten a little excited but that's not my thing. We take the bus over to the soup kitchen and when we get in I see a HB7 volunteer (she was from another church) taking notice to me walking in. Lucky me we were assigned to serve the same table of homeless (yeah its an upscale soup kitchen). Opening was easy, I introduced myself and we just talked here and there about random stuff (school, work, interests). It was hard to hold a solid conversation because we kept on being interrupted by the homeless, but nonetheless I could see she was into me (smiling alot, and touching my arm). It was about time for everyone to start cleaning up so I was getting mentally prepared to n-close, but then I see her walk up to me, she hands me her name tag with her number on it and says "you might need this" and then walks away. I know there is hardly anything you can learn from this but I got a kick out of it and its by far the oddest place Ive gamed a girl. _________________ If you can make a girl laugh you can make her do anything.
