Went out last night...tuesday night. not that many people at the bar. I sat down with my roommate, who doesn't really know anything about PUA's or anything. So i saw a 2 set across the bar (blond 9 and brunett 7)...literally the only girls in the bar other than couples mostly. So my roommate points them out, and i was trying to explain to him the idea behind the 3 second rule...which i didn't have the balls to do right then and there. They were the only girls in the bar and it was going to be my first approach which is always the hardest one. So we had one beer, my roommate was going to take off back home and so i just walked over there...
Me: I can only stay a minute, i have to get home soon but i wanted to ask you a quick question...
2 set: yea sure...whats up? (the blond gets off the phone)
Me: my roommate is dating this girl, and he is still friends with his ex gf. He still talks to here on the phone here and there. His current gf has a huge problem with that...what do you guys think?
2 set: Oh my god! you shouldn't be friend's with your ex's. ect ect...they both are saying the same thing
Me: (was thinking of doing the bf test) jees, i guess i know how you two feel about ex's! How do you two know eachother? (resorted to that question instead)
The opener seemed to go good...one thing i didn't like was, they were sitting down in the seats and i was standing, so it was obvious i was approaching them and in a way it DLV. I threw a few negs to the blond. then i did the 5 question test to her.
me: What city are we in?
blond: umm...atlanta
me: what color is your shirt?
blond: green!
me: What color is your hair?
blond: umm, orange
me: haha, you are supposed to lie
(joking that her hair looks like shit, worked well...continued on)
me: okay...hmm what number are we on?
blond: 7
me: wow! you're pretty smart...you have played this game before huh?
blond: no no i haven't
It works every time, i love the 5 questions
so i tell them i should get going and i'm not sure if i really want to get another drink..i have work in the morning...so the blond asks me what i drink and i tell her and she immediately calls the bartender over and orders my beer and puts it on her tab! So i pulled up a chair and sat in between them, but further out! i'll admit, i didn't like this particular position but i didn't really feel a smooth way to transition into a DHV position. so we talked, told them some cool stories about the military, i got to fly fighter jets, always a good topic. Then i just layed back...seeing if she would initiate converstion...and she did. But there were certain times where she would do compliance tests on me, and i think i failed!
She told me her age...27
Then she asked mine, i made her guess. also playing the compliance game!
I finished my beer and told them i had to get going since i had work and she said we should hang out this week.
me: yea definately, give me a call
blond: how will i contact you?
me: i suppose you could call, do you have your phone on you?
blond: yes, then she puts my name in my phone and she spells it right
me: wow i'm impressed, usually people really screw that up, (and i give her my number)
blond: how do you spell my name?
me: i just make some stupid attempt, dumb move
blond: oh no, that was terrible.
then i basically was leaving and they said they would call me...i didn't ask for their numbers. maybe i should have, i would have been easy enough. overall it was good, i had a lot of fun, i think they did too. this is the first time im actually trying to implement things like the openers, DHV's, going through the attraction to the comfort building, i didn't do any isolation since she was only with one person. just seeing what you guys think???
