Once again me and Philly68 went out sarging in Westwood because it was our last night at the UCLA dorms together. We were originally going to meet a girl whose number I picked up in the cafeteria, but that's a whole other story! She and her roommate fell asleep on us so we decided to hit up the frat houses.

We couldn't get in any of the frat houses so we just started walking in circles around the block. Our first lap at about 2:15 I opened on two HB9s and an HB8 who were going to be sophomores. My opener was saying we were lost looking for the main campus so the girls gave us directions and I struck up a conversation. They started to give signs like my last sarge where they were trying to get away so I hooked them in with a neg and the best friends test.

We kept talking and for about 20 mins we were getting amazing IOIs, but the conversation slowed down just a little and when it did, the girls said they had to go. They said it so suddenly in the middle of a conversation that we were at a loss so they got away without us getting numbers.

We finished the first lap and decided to go around the block again. This time we ran into a girl who had just gotten back from a bar in Santa Monica and was heading back to her apartment. I opened again with the looking for the main campus line and she started to explain. We were in the street so I took the chance to make physical contact with her to get to the sidewalk. She said that she would show us the way up to the main campus and walk with us.

On the way up Philly and I made just small talk to keep her interested talking about the school rivalry with USC and where she stayed when she went to school at UCLA. She said she just graduated and was looking for work so we kept up a conversation about that. By the time we got to her apartment, which is on the way to the campus, she was playing with her hair, leaning in, and adjusting her bra. I decided to just take the number close, which I got saying we could get a drink sometime.

Our mistakes were few with the older girl but she wasn't interested, just being friendly. With the sophomores, however, we had a few mistakes. For one, the most obvious, we didn't even try for a number close because we had nothing to lose. We also both had our hands in our pockets which was bad body language. Finally, we need more straight up stories to entertain because the ones that we had didn't last too long.

EDIT: Just wanted to let everyone know how excited I am after my first kiss close today with a girl (the one from the cafeteria briefly mentioned above) who I picked up using PUA techniques. Took me one day to go from a number to the kiss close.
