Okay so I picked up this girl over a week ago, she wanted to go out sooner but I had plans to go to dallas and couldn't make it happen. We've been texting and talking back and forth with me throwing in the negs to keep her tagging along. SO we finaly get to the day 2 date and after reading these boards figured I'd take her miniature golfing which she thought was great. She gets off work and asks if it's okay if we have a couple drinks to unwind. Throw a couple more negs in there but agree and tell her which bar to head to. On the way she calls and tells me her best friend has just had one of the shittiest days ever did I mind if she came out and had a few drinks after that she'd stay at the bar and we could go do our thing. I reluctantly agree but figured hey I can just use her friend to my advantage and she probably just brought her along for backup.. boy was I wrong. Everything went to shit after that, they both showed up at the bar late so the golfing date was out of the question and it turns out her friend really was upset. I played the C&F all night with both, negged my target, little kino here and there, and paid attention to her friend to punish her but just couldn't get any response from this girl. Her friend was broke so she didn't want to stay at the bar so somehow my idea of running to the liquor store and finding a place to chill outside and drink turned into me driving all over the f$c%kin town picking up a friend for her friend, getting the liquor, and finding a place all the while throwing negs about the situation the whole time. We finaly find a good spot we get out and I start throwing a little more kino at her neg, walk away and talk to her friends the normal routine and still this girl just wouldn't respond. Cop ends up driving by and shining his light on us and drives off but was the sign to pack it up. At this point I'm pretty soured by the evenning and let it be known while I drive them back to there car. Get out to try and K-close and all i get is a freakin huge so I just turned didn't even say goodbye got in my truck and left. On the way back I told her that if she wanted to go out again she owed me big time cause I felt like a driver not a date, she asked if I was angry with her I said I wasn't angry just disappointed, then she agreed the night didn't work out well and that she owed me. I don't plan on giving her another shot just wanted to see if I had an impact, and later when she calls I'll just make her sweat it out while she waits for a response.


What I learned from this one is I need to work on my DHV, while I do DHV some it definately needs some work and I need to throw somemore in there to be successfull. I think I portayed it well in this encounter but they weren't 9s or 10s either. My other lesson was I still had some AFC weakspots for trying to be the "nice guy" sometimes. I've always been that guy that will do anything, open doors, and all that chivalrous bs until lately and I've done well getting away from it. Last night I tried to be somewhat kind to both parties seeing as her friend was distrout. Looking back I should have just called off the whole thing until later, which would have been a pretty good DHV boost. But after being steamrolled over by this night I think I can safely say those "nice guy" feelings have been wiped clean off the board cause I just let a little bit of that out and got treated exactly how I use to. I honestly feel I walked out of this reborn almost I guess well see.
