Location: San Francisco, CA | | If you recognise a HB but can't figure out where from, then you should use a standard opener and let the memory come to you later, then you can drop that in. If you use 'do I know you from somewhere' as an opener then your chances are slim if you don't actually have the actual memory on the spot.
Kudos for going out and trying though, the calibration period is tough but we all have to go through it.
