So, I am in another town for the moment for work so me and some work colleagues went out to eat and have a couple of beers and we ended up at a night club.

It was not much people at the dance floor, we were out pretty early, so me and a colleague went to the bar to order a shot. Then this girl, which my colleague meet earlier at the restaurant, so she bought us those shots and we started to talking a little bit and then we went to the empty dance floor.

We started to dance a little bit and the dance floor got more crowded. This girl was a little bit flirty but after a while I noticed she started to focus on me and getting closer. I responded and started to dance more intense with her and kino her. At the same time I wouldn't be to needy so I stepped away from here and danced with some friends and had a beer. I also went out a couple of time to talk with some other friends and also strangers.

After a while we got closer to each other and she started to stroke me inside my shirt and I did the same to her. I pulled her neck hair back, firm and gentle and started to kiss her. We did that a couple of times and around 01:30 I was a little bit to drunk and tired of dancing so I went to another place, to meet up some other girls, which didn't went well because I was to drunk.

I would probably f-close here if I haven’t been to drunk and tired. It was a night out with the work so it is okay but how should I proceed now?
What should I say? Should I text her today and ask her if she is going out tonight or be a little more firm and "order" her something?
