| Friday night down in Fullerton a new friend and I went out, he's one of the most charismatic guys I've met and we both dig country bars.
We were hanging drinking a beer talking about setting the groundwork with a few people before the place got too busy, and were already making plans to return next Wed. I went to the DJ to write down a request for a few linedances when a HB8 walked by and asked what I was requesting, she didn't know the dances so I asked her what her favorite was. With that I jotted down her song, then she asked me to 2step.
Obviously IOI are being shown and Kino is escalating with a good fun 2step with CF small chat while we dance.
Interesting note:
A regular who I saw Wed night at the same bar, and Thurs night at a different bar (the country bar scene in LA is small) was there. He's a friendly non threatening guy who is an amazing dancer. He's always surrounded by beautiful women who want to dance with him and he's very respectful and courteous...I'd put his age in the late 30's...he doesn't hit on any girls or take them home. Not sure if he's straight or not. ANYWAYS, two separate times in the night he warned this girl about me. Gave the impression that I was bad news and got around (because he see's me at various bars talking to girls, and I hooked up with a friend/dance partner of his). However we are very courteous and nice to one another, he was just doing her a service and I don't blame him. My next step is to disarm him in the future because it's counterproductive to me if he's telling the girls these things. Except of course to the girls who get even more turned on by a bad boy type.
What worked:
-She approached me, I'm horrible with approaches but do fine afterwards.
-Talked up my friend who also took her for a dance later on, we were the fun guys.
-Did the mouse race (blind/deaf/dumb) on her arm, and was able to tease her about the lines once or twice.
-Did the 5 questions routine where all she had to do was give the wrong answer. She fucked up on #4 when I changed my voice and looked confused when i asked how many questions that was. If she had won she would have got my phone number, since I won she had to go buy me a beer.
-My wing took off around 12 when he didn't have much going on.
-Told her I was still thirsty for a beer but didn't want one at the bar, asked her what she had in her fridge (found out she lived 5 mins away) she listed the beers in her fridge and I told her she should take me.
What didn't work:
-I started the points game way too late in the game for it to be interesting or flirty
-When we got back to her place we sat on the couch for hours, with barely any kino and didn't really move anywhere else. When I got up to leave she suggested I stay since it was late and I was tired and she didn't want me on the road.
-Since the kino and excitement had all but disappeared when we got back to her place I didn't even put the moves on when we got to bed.
Next Day / Saturday Morning:
Laid in bed, talked for awhile (she was a talker) with little kino, when I got up to leave I came back to her bed to say goodbye and a hug. She didn't let go of the hug for 7 seconds so I rolled back into bed with her on top of me. Kino back on from there. The rest I won't go into detail but it was an F-Close.
Might see if she'll be down for it again in the future with a girlfriend of hers (she's had threesomes and past girlfriends...so yes she's open to it)
Thoughts on how to disarm the regular at the bar for future pickups?
