I text her while I was at work and she was finishing cleaning up her house (she was moving out, and going to England the next day, but coming back in a month)
Me: Hey, I thought I'd save you from your boredom at home. I'm going to get coffee after work so you can tag along if you want.
Her: Who is this?
Me: You ask for a guys number yesterday and you forget the next day?
Her: I left your number at work, I was feeling really sick, I left early.
Me: So you leave my number so a stranger can prank call me?
Her: Consider it a favor, you might meet that special someone.
Me: Ya, cause a guy name Bob would be my special someone, heh. Anyways I expect a lot from a girl before I consider her special.
10 mins goes by, no response
Me: Ok you missed your chance, have fun cleaning up the house
Her: your mean! You don't have to rub it in.
Me: Ya, I'm sad you aren't smoking me out tonight.
Her: Ya, but we can do it after I get back from England.
Her: I put all my stuff in storage, and put my weed in there too.
Me: Lol, who puts their weed in storage? You know for a girl as intelligent as you, you sure make a lot of excuses.
That's when the convo ended.
Normally I woulda taken a more AFC approach and just say ok we'll smoke next when you get back etc etc. But I just felt I had to call her out on her excuses, cause she makes excuses all the time.
I read on article on people that flake last night, I think I should've been firmer on her.
She told me earlier she isn't going to be working at my store after she gets back so I figure there's really no other way of confronting her about it , should I just let this one go? Or give her another shot when she gets back from the trip?
