ok so i had a coworker of mine that ive been talkin to just on friendly terms but from what i got from her, everytime she see's me @ work i brighten her day and she just enjoys my company alot so i start a little C&F on her and was getting a great response i used a technique from swinggcat after she told me i was her fav person i said she was in my top 5, ive yet to tell her who da #1 person is hehe (she has a bf of 4+ years )
we go out last nite for some late dinner, but i couldnt really tell if she's diggin me as just a friend or something more, and i really dont have any bf destroyer techniques, she goes on most of the time bout how crappy her bf is and how she hasnt gotten any 4 over 2months, i guess i let her talkin bout her bf revert me 2 an afc mode anyway to really turn this around?

Yeh get some BF destroyer material worked out.
Get her out and again, let her put him down.

Then make a move on her... but if she is a coworker you better be careful depending on your work and stuff.

One issue with girls with bfs, is that they like to party and be a little wild, then be domestic at home. They like to feel like they "still have it", even if their man isn't giving it to them.

If you let them, they'll encourage you just enough because it boosts their self-esteem "I still got it".

Talking to her about her BF only becomes LJBF behaviour if you become her "girlfriend". Talk about it, but to a point. You should really be trying to DHV, so you compare more favourably than her BF. But DHV in ways that aren't quite as obvious as you trying to compete with her BF. She'll spot that a mile off.

Many times it'll take a big event to dislodge a woman from a bad relationship. Don't get too hung up on her, keep in touch, but don't become the girlfriend.

well since she's a coworker she does see me how i act around other ppl there oh ya she's also 1 of my shift supervisors, i talk and get along with everybody @ work even the ladies that she knows are better looking then her so im sure i have a very high DHv w/ her
