Hey guys, I am new to the whole PUA community; I found out about the community after seeing Paul Janka's Dr.Phil on youtube, which instantly got me hooked. After a few days of research, I absorbed the info like a sponge and long behold I present my first field report:

My first approach was a Latino girl on my college campus; after noticing the strong eye contact we had going, I came up and said

Me: Hi do you know me?
Her: No
Me: Oo ok, just you were staring at me like you were trying to recognize me.
her: No.. I was just staring at you because you were staring at me.
Me: Oo.. I understand, sooo your a stalker!(joking way)(also put in my time constraint, had to go to class, asked for number... got it after a few more min of chatting.)

The one above is a month old, I reached all the way to LMR with her( she was already one hour late to work, so I couldn't freeze out so still work in progress.

The 2nd Approach was a Burnett russian chick, which I have been noticing for a while seeing her in random locations daily, but no eye contact from her. I also had a bit of AA on this one for a while, because I didn't want to fail but then thought If I never open her up I'll fail automatically.

So I leave campus early and get on the bus, Long behold the girl is sitting down, I walk past and someone hits me on the leg, I notice its the latino chick I started fooling around with. So I stop and talk to the Latino chick, I know when the Russian girl gets off on her stop, the same stop as mine. I wait for her to exist, she does, she crosses the street to get in the train station. My plan from here was to speed up ahead of her turn my head back and ask the question, but someone was infront so I couldnt do it and she was just about to step in So I ask the question shoulder to shoulder(kinda liek we were walking together)

Me: "Excuse me, quick question(This is the richard opener I saw on youtube I liked it) What do you think is a better way to approach direct or indirect."(And Thats all I got to say) She looked at me asked me to repeat the last option, I did but she turned her head and didn't answer and got into the station. Yep Failed.. And I really wanted to go on a date with her also. But the failure helped me realize that opening is no big deal.. so what I lost my set, she didn't reject me, how could she? she doesn't even know me.

As they say hindsight is 20/20 so.. Looking back, I really wanted to go more direct(I like direct daygame) and say this "Hi, I really think you are attractive and wanted to come up and talk to you" Then go on "I have quick question, I only have 5 min because I am running late." Then ask the richard opener.

Also I had this planned out alot better then i executed it, when your under pressure you forgot your strategies. Thats what happened to me.

Side note: I only use canned openers, the rest I go free flow as I have good conversational skills. Anyways, Comments and pointers will greatly be appreciated. (sorry for any typo's in a rush)
