Hi everyone!

I went to visit a friend who was at uni yesterday. I was not planning to sarge at all because I am new to PU and was going to be with a group of total strangers. I get there and everyone is really cool although mostly guys. Never mind. So we are all out at a karaoke bar and they are all half cut but i was not drinking. Anyway i see all the guys im with trying to get numbers off the two girls. I don't claim to be good at this yet but bloody hell i saw them making such afc's out of themselves.

So i already have a good connection with the guys so i positioned myself with my back to the bar making jokes and having a great time with guys. Then a really bad singer came on so i used this to open the bar staff. two girls and one guy. So we get talking and soon the guy has to go and serve drinks. I tell them that i am new to the area and ask where are the good places in town are. The HB8 is very non responsive compared to the HB6 so i neg her on being un-helpful. Her friend leaves us alone and we carry on talking. Then i realized that the conversation is getting two generic so try and use another opener (who lies more men or women) which gets the conversation going again. Anyway I ask her what is a good way to get in touch with her. she said facebook. i am not sure if it was right but i pushed for a phone number and got it.

When i look back i made a load of mistakes. Im still calibrating. Saying that must still have been better than the others as i did get the number anyway.

That was too short, lol? Don't ever say you're new in town and don't know what to do. DLV. Instead have more routines/conversation starters to lead the situation.

the cube is a comfort building routine. I would have made sure you had attraction first. Have a short DHV to tell both HBs, and then either run the 5 lies or best friends test. You could have easily transitioned from who lies more to 5 lies.
