(1st field report, 2nd try. Damn site logged me off)

So last night I got back into Missoula from visiting family in Drummond, most of which came up from Billings to go Elk hunting. So I roll into the grocery store to get some toothbrush heads and I see these three HBs trying to decide on a movie to check out. One of them I had know since Middle School (9), another since High School (8 ) and the other I did not know at all(7 give or take).
Anyway, so I go up and start talking to them. I make them laugh w/ negs, cf whatnot. We fluff about movies I ask how MS girl's student teaching is going in Billings. HS girl says that she is doing accounting and finance. I dropped a favorite neg:

Sly: "You know (MS girl) all of that money you make won't fill that hole in your soul."

Her mouth hit the floor, she fucking loved it. I have used that one other times and that time it met w/ success as well.
After a while this happened:

MS girl: "Hey Sly, what are you doing tonight?"
Sly: "Oh I don't know, I have a ton of shit to do tomorrow but next weekend is going to be off the hook because of Halloween and Hot Salsa Nights at the Other Side."

Not long after that we parted ways I had that feeling that I left something in the set, that I had not taken it as far as it could have. I realized that what I had in front of me was a golden opportunity to go watch a movie, late at night, with three girls, two of which were legitimately hot. Who knows what could have happened. The problem was that because I knew them previously I did not have that full-on game mode that I get into when I encounter any other set, even though I still gamed them, perhaps successfully. If the IOI that HS girl mentioned ever comes up again in some this is how I will likely respond:

Sly: "Why don't you tell me what you are going to do and if I think I will have more fun doing that than whatever I had planned, maybe I will go with you."
HB: Asks me what I had planned
Sly: "Ah, no, you have to follow the rules. First you tell me, than I will make my decision".

As it stands this situation is not totally unsalvageable. I am going to facebook MS girl and say that we should definitely hang out over Thanksgiving and I will locate HS girl through MS girl's facebook friends and message her about meeting up this weekend.

I really did not know what to do as much with these girls because they knew me as way different than who I came off as last night. I had that stuck in my head and prevented from seeing what was itself a platinum opportunity and may have become much more.
