I have been suggested by a big bro in the community to keep a journal documenting the *ahem* exploits as well as the failed tries. So, here goes. Last nite, me and some friends went to a frat party. Initially, I was getting major AA but as soon as I saw one of my bros, it was all gone. The venue was pretty loud and most people were either at the dance floor or at the bar. I didnt really feel like opening sets at the bar so I waded into the dance floor. I have been learning a really workable method for dance floor game: I go up and grab her hand, and without asking her to dance, spin her around and then dance with her face to face at a distance while still holding hands. Then, if the vibe is right, I take her hand, put it on my shoulder and pull her closer to me so she is between my legs. Then, I continue. Another thing I have learned is to momentarily push her back away from me and go back to dancing at a distance. This 1) allows me to show off a few dance skills and build comfort with a semi-danceoff and 2) builds sexual tension and portrays me as non-needy and just there to dance. Let me know what u guys think about my dance floor strategy.
So, for more specifics, I get into the venue around 11 and was getting some AA. I ran through parts of the inner game tapping routine and that helped a bit. A big thing that helped was imagining taking all my tensions and concentrating them into one small ball in the middle of my head. Then , symbolically throwing this ball away - releasing all my tensions. I think I read about that trick on this forum. =) Anyway, so yea I didnt approach right as I entered the frat and I need to work on that. As time went on, I met my bro, who has been in the game for about 3 years. He is a really good dancer and I attribute my dance floor game skills entirely to him. So, I saw him and we went out to the floor and started dancing with some chicks. A few of them were sort of turned off by our unconventional dance style. Are there any subtle negs/ push-pull routines that will get them interested? We opened this 2 set of while girls on the floor and the one I was dancing with gave me an unintentional kiss close. I wasnt really feelin it with her, so I moved on. As I was dancing, I kept purposely elbowing and crashing into this girl as she walked by. Later in the night, I opened asking her why she kept bumping into me on the floor... she qualified herself lol. Anyway, it was a somewhat eventful night but I did not really open any sets outside the floor so that kind of makes me a little mad. But, theres always next time. One another important thing I learned is that its ok to steal girls from guys. Before, I used to think that if a guy is grinding with a girl, she is off limits. Now I know this simply is not true. I wanted to dance with this girl and my bro sees me watching her dance with another guy. He simply goes up to her, taps her on the arm, motions for her to come to him with his fingers. Astonishingly to me, she went to him, completely ditching the guy who was grinding her from behind. My bro then spun her around and was like meet my friend (referring to me). I danced with her and tried to k-close but it failed. I tried the I bet u cant touch my chin with your nose routine but she pulled away from the kiss. Not enough comfort I guess.
