I live in a suite on campus and after receiving IOI's and delivering dhv attraction spikes to girls and making plans to get together, watch a movie to which they happily say yes, they bail at the last minute. The frequency of this cruel phenomena has driven me to wits end.
Any advice?

Find ways to DHV to these HBs that they can have fun with you by doing something other than PLANNED activities like going to the movies. Movies are great but I guess they can see them on their own or with friends anyway.
Throw around some ideas that will get them to tell their friends about it – save the money for movie tickets; invite her to go with you to buy a DVD of your favourite TV show; not only will she come along, you’ll use the opportunity neg, build comfort and kino. she could then watch the DVD with you back at your suite. you can then k or f-close back at your place.
The last minute changes can be managed by going for a movie/DVD shopping immediately after an activity where you’re with them or they’re with their friends. Look for a transition from one activity to the next, eliminating the pressure for them to think about it or a lapse for her friends to cock-block.
