I don't make friends very easily. I think part of it is that I don't feel the need to say stupid things and that I am somewhat of an elitist. I'd like to fix this. I'd just like to know where to start.

It might be that I come off as stuck-up, but I don't intentionally do this.

Than don't ask superficial questions and only look for quality girls. I tend to only go for the ones that do medicine or law school. That does not make them interesting persé, but they're certainly smart so the odds they have interesting things to say go up quite a bit.

Still, I make friends easily and get deep connections with the ones I care about.

The thing you need to understand is that even if you feel that you are better than everybody else, it doesnt mean that they arent important. They are at least as important as you, maybe more so because they affect a greater number of people since they have more friends. So realize that and try imagining how it is to be them. Try to put yourself in their life and try to understand them.

Understanding others will make you care.
