What you're looking for is "make me COMFORTABLE with the idea of going out and meeting women."

Unfortunately, the main lesson in pickup is "step outside of your comfort zone."

Do you see the problem here?

You must act on discomfort in order to grow, but you're asking for comfort in order to act.
