This is the program that I follow and it has helped me a lot to improve my self esteem. A year ago I was having 2 or 3 depressions per week. Now at least I trust myself to go out and do something. I also have far better endurance to withstand psychological punches. Like, for example, when my boss forces me to take a project I am not capable of completing. I no longer blame myself for the failure, I understand that I didn't have the resources (including knowledge) for it. My relation with money has improved too. I handle my finances much better and don't jump into every business/learning/dating opportunity that I see.
