A lot of them are easy to see, some are more subtle. Its also good to take a step back fron over-analysing people and behavious though. I listened through Carlos Xuma's power social skills audio stuff and for weeks afterwards was analysing and disecting every single interaction I had looking for some sort of slight or offending comment. My conculsion was that, although people play games, they're generally just following a set of social cues provided by you, them, the interaction and the social setting. Don't let it get to you too much, be happy and confident in your approaches and you'll begin to not be asThat unnecessarily suspicious.
