In my day to day life, I have observed a gradual decline in what it means to be masculine. Modern life has created a sense of confusion and fear in men about their core identity. By this I mean that men no longer feel comfortable or accepted because of changing social values and the increasing independence of women. Women no longer need men in order to thrive.

I see many guys trying to compensate for this by acting like women. Vanity is no longer confined to the fairer sex. Metrosexual celebrities are now a part of the culture.

So my question is: Who do you admire as the epitome of masculinity? What does being a man really mean to you? Lastly, do you agree that young men have very few role models to look to for guidance these days, and that it leads to increasing anxiety and stress between their relationships (or lack of) with women?

in order to be a real man you need to have perfect inner game. No doubts about who you are and specially what you want.
You have to be PRESENT which is the core ability of a real man.

Also you have to make a women feel feminine.
