hey guys

recently i have seen a video of AFC Adam picking up a chick and he said that good eye contact builds rapport..

i never thought about it..so i gotta ask you guys...

What is good Eye contact? looking her straight into the eyes all the time when im talking or what? looking and than taking it away?
