Hey guys

I've just got into pickup and have no experience what so ever, I'll be honest.

I want to learn and improve myself. I am quite a social guy and consider myself good looking and have the ability to make girls laugh, I'm NOT a complete social retard or anything but I also know from reading the posts that this doesn't neccesarily make you attractive.

I've been reading numerous threads, mainly the stickies. I've begun reading Stormy's frame control thread and enjoyed what he was saying, I even started reading Tolle because he said he helped get rid of the ego. I've read a lot of Chief's threads, but I just read one and he suggested that the people reading it were already intermediate. It the was the thread where you wrote 10 reasons why a girl would find you hot, and I did but then he suggested you were the past the newbie stage, I am not.

Should I be reading these threads, is it pointless and going to harm my development?

I'm not confident with girls to take it to the next step and I know in myself that I will sometimes come across needy because I get jealous of other guys if there's a girl I like, I'm an intelligent guy but I need to man the fuck up and start building some inner game.

No, I haven't done the newbie challenge and I know that's a good place to start.

So, what should I be doing? I'm really interested in this ego business, I need to be doing practical exercises to try and get rid of these clingy thoughts.
