Recently whenever facing a problem I've told myself "Deal with it", and actually it's been working great and I've felt much more confident and happier knowing I have the power to change how I think.
The problem I have at the moment is obviously my confidence is still not great and if there's a girl I like, I have a problem with other guys trying it on with her. I don't react or become needy because I'm not that stupid, like I said I'm trying to deal with the situations rather than let them dictate my actions, however it still makes me feel jealous and there's an insecure feeling about that.
I'm trying to meditate aswell but struggling to do it consistently, but I'll keep trying.
Thoughts welcome
Thanks.

But lately his mindset has changed and now he says "I used to hate it but now I like it when guys approach her it tells me shes still a bit of allright".I think what also helps him is he knows he can 'get someone else if sht happens' but also from day one he 'trained her' what was acceptable and what wasnt just like training a dog not in a needy way but in an incharge way.
Although this is for the girlfriend stage keep it in mind if its already happening around girls your not even dating.
