First, i want to apologize for any mistakes here, i'm brazilian and my english is not that good

Now to my problem. Some times, when i'm about to aproach some girl i've met, i get too nervous. Especially because i have a very low self-esteem and i always think that i'm way out of her league. When it comes to talk to a female friend of a friend, it comes naturally. I don't always kiss her, but at least i get her number or email to talk to her later. But, most of the time, my self-esteem really f* up my game. Needless to say that i have a VERY poor inner game. Do you guys have any advice ou program to improve my inner game? I think if i improve my IG, i will be able to overcome my shynness easily and i'm gonna be able to pick-up a lot more girls
