hey guys i posted a thing earlier about my problems andshit ive been dealing with for 3years now.. now tonight i thought what was it that i did back when i was 15 (because back then i changed my life from shykid to playa :p)
now i made a really good statement about how YOU can achieve self-asteem and happiness, success with women and all that.. ok here it is (its what worked for me)

make your reality : im the coolest muthafukka on this planet, period.
(now this would maybe not be relevant of something i dont know how you say it) but it HELPS.. and thats what matters.. and by acting and feeling like that cool guy you will feel so chill and open for all other things in life !
also these little imperfections (maybe big imperfections) don't care, they are all PART of your coolness.. so don't sweat about being not good enough or shit.. man YOU ARE THE COOLEST MUTHAFUCKA OUT THERE ! with all your insecuritys that every normal human being has ofcourse.. fuck that shit that's included in there.. you will get better and better if you practice this and BECOME the coolest muthafucka on this planet ! :p
