This is a practice designed to improve your mentality and ease your nerves when approaching beautiful women. Often men leave substantially larger tips to attractive females compared to their less attractive or male counterparts.

However, this practice is not great to develop a PUA mentality. What should be done instead is to tip all equally(or based on performance). The idea here is that this practice will help you to not place beautiful women on a pedestal.

When first doing this I recommend to tip unnattractive or males more than you would the beautiful females.

Then at the 2nd step you should tip consistently, giving them all the same amount.

The final step is to tip based on performance, and to do so without being biased towards attractive women. If you can maintain neutrality in your assesment of how they perform, you have succesfully taken beautiful women off of a pedestal in your own mind. Once that it is accomplished, it should be easier to seduce them.
