I'm gonna make this quick before I get off. Do you necessary need anyone to like you? Do you need women to like you?

Here's my theory: People depend on others to like them to feel good about them! What about them liking themselves and therefore now giving a shit whether or not anyone liking them.

When a AFC walks in the room wanting to talk with a woman - what is his true intentions? To get hooked up for the night. Why? His primarily concern is to be liked by her. Now, why would you want to be liked by her? What if she blows him off and tells him to fuck off. How would he feel? He would feel hurt and then frustrated or maybe depressed. With this affirmation of not needing anyone to like you and loving yourself, you will start realizing these changes in your behaviors:

1) You will be able to stand up to your friends more.
2) You will be able to talk to girls more comfortably.
3) You will be able to like yourself more
4) You will be able to be more positive.

Also, while you're doing this exercise always remember to be positive in anything you do. Say positive things out loud which will be discussed later on in the next thread I post.

First, I think you must realize and accept the new belief that you don't need anyone to like you but only you to like yourself. Once you love yourself then others will sense this and be drawn to you!

Saw this affirmation through out the day for several months and you will notice a change:

"I don't need anyone to like me, I love myself and I know I'm a good person!"

Go a head and give it a whirl!
